Experience:
With over thirty years of architectural experience in Santa Barbara, Greg is committed to providing superior architectural design and expertise in a way that is friendly and professional.  He truly listens to his client's needs, and approaches every project with a focus on function, aesthetics, budget, and sustainability.  Greg is licensed, and in good standing with the California State Board of Architectural Examiners since 1986.
License number C16804.

Santa Barbara Roots:
Greg is the third generation in his family privileged to be a part of Santa Barbara's fine building environment.  His dad was a local architect and his grandfather, a local builder.  Currently living in the good land of Goleta, his wife and their two sons were all born here as well.

Residential Architecture:
Remodeling and Custom Home design is Greg's passion.  He loves working with clients who are trying to modernize or enlarge their existing home, or who wish to create a new custom dream home. No project is too small nor too complicated.  Greg is experienced in many different forms of architectural style and design.  An extensive client reference list and portfolio is available upon request.

Commercial Architecture:
Having designed many commercial improvement projects, Greg can offer his clientele expert advice and services.  His list of commercial projects include; retail spaces, offices, tenant improvements, restaurants, churches, and schools.

Track Record:
Greg has an outstanding approval record with all local Architectural Review Boards, Planning Commissions, and Building Departments.  His experience with the local bureaucracy buffers his clients from the red-tape headaches prevalent today, and he will get your project approved.

Community Involvement:
He has served as Chairman of the Santa Barbara County Planning Commission
and has had the opportunity to serve on the boards of several local non-profits, including churches, schools, and the Goleta Valley Chamber of Commerce.  Greg understands the real importance of giving back to the community.
